Low Level Light Therapy, or LLLT, is a gentle treatment that uses soft red light to help treat dry eyes. The light warms the skin around the eyes and helps unclog tiny oil glands in the eyelids. These glands are important because they keep tears healthy and stop them from drying up too quickly.
 

The treatment is painless, takes about 15 minutes, and there’s no downtime — you can go right back to your normal activities afterward. LLLT is often done in a series of 4 or 8 sessions for best results.
